Holmes Place Apprentice is a development program for our Team Members, in which a group of aspiring Heads of Department compete for the chance to win an inspiring prize and to eventually be promoted in their careers, while being developed over a period of 10 months.
• Business Conferences are held twice a year in the most regions for Managers.
• An Annual Live Well Conference is held in each country during the summer time for all team members with inspirational speakers followed by a great summer party.
• An Annual Senior Management Conference is held in December, The Kick Off, for the Club and Regional Managers and is connected with the annual awards ceremony for the best performances across Europe.
